First publication of product data

Upon launch of the product on the German pharmaceutical market, you notify a first publication of product data into the IFA Information Services. Depending on the type of product, further product information / proofs are required and the following notification options can be selected:

Medicinal Product

Please include Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC) and Marketing Authorisation (MA) – AMIce extract preferred

Medical Device

Please include instructions for use (if available), label and proof of CE marking

Other pharmacy-typical Product

Please include product information

 

Hint

  • Depending on the type of product, the following documents must be enclosed with the order:

    • Medicinal products: Summary of product characteristics, extract from Medicinal Products Information System AMIce (or similar proof of marketing authorisation, marketing
      authorisation no., BfArM processing number (ENR))

    • Medical devices: Instructions for use (if available), label and proof of CE marking

    • Other pharmacy-typical products: Label and package leaflet; appropriate photos are: Label and package leaflet, brochure, outer packaging / label, list of product’s ingredients / INCIs

  • The publication on time depends on the volume of the order. Please contact us for orders of 100 products or more to coordinate the publication date.
